Our facility is one of the best equipped core facilities in north Texas. 100% of our expenses are paid from our core service revenue. Our team is comprised of 13 experts who have years of experience in the area of protein arrays, SNP genotyping, human/mouse/rat genome sequencing , bulk-RNA sequencing, pathogen genomics, transcriptomics and single cell sequencing. Beside Illumina sequencing, our facility also offers long-read sequencing on Oxford Nanopore platforms. Our mission is to support and boost innovations and discoveries in biomedical research at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
